Attend an SEO Training Course.

Having recently had a new website built for my husbands Electrical business we felt sure that the business would roll in. We invested on quite a high spec website instead on going for a cheaper one. No one ever discussed SEO and the fact that it was essential so we learned the hard way. I called several SEO companies and was given a vast array of prices and options which quite frankly shocked me. The cost was more than the website. We ended up going for a flat 1000 rate and was promised the earth. It didnt happen and I am not sure what we got for our money but certainly no regular updates or even contact once the money was handed over. I was advised through a contact who had a recruitment website to attend a 1 day SEO course which at 350 a day seemed a great deal. It took place in Northampton and was run by ianson internet marketing. I learnt a great deal and never realised that it really is quite straightforward. It was fantastic value for money and has managed to get us in the top 10 listings for certain key words on google which we have seen a positive difference in enquiries. I can absolutely recommend doing it yourself.
